1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk9k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk9k platform available at pk9k.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process at pk9k, or by accessing any part of the platform that requires a registered account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate and up to date.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk9k platform and close your account if one has already been created.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age to register and use pk9k is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced. pk9k reserves the right to request proof of age from any account holder at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all bonuses will be cancelled, and all deposits and winnings held in the account will be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. pk9k is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk9k makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any specific location outside of its target market. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

2.3 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity due to mental incapacity, guardianship orders or any similar legal status are not permitted to register or use the platform.

2.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of pk9k and its affiliated technology, payment and content partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money play on the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on pk9k. Opening, operating or having access to more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk9k will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all stages of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. pk9k will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify pk9k support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). pk9k may at any time, including at the point of registration or prior to processing a withdrawal, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.5 Account Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting pk9k support. Any pending withdrawals that have passed verification checks will be processed in the normal manner following a closure request. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be cancelled.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk9k accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pk9k does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your responsibility and cost.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at pk9k is ৳500. No platform-side deposit fee is charged. Fees imposed by your payment provider (if any) are separate from pk9k's platform and are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. pk9k does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk9k account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused.

4.4 Processing Time. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. pk9k reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending verification and will be released once satisfactory documentation has been received and reviewed.

4.6 Dormant Account Funds. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pk9k reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. You may reactivate your account and withdraw your balance at any time by contacting support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers at pk9k are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion. pk9k reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit and any minimum odds restrictions are set out in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions. pk9k actively monitors bonus usage patterns for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, bonus stripping, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion with other players. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have its bonuses cancelled, winnings derived from abusive play voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on pk9k are subject to acceptance by the platform. pk9k reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without explanation. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed market limits, bets placed on suspended markets and bets placed by accounts under review.

6.2 Errors in Odds. In the event that a bet is placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, human error or data feed failure, pk9k reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake. Winnings derived from obvious pricing errors will not be paid out.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or not completed within the defined settlement period; the market is settled in error; the event or market is determined to be subject to match-fixing or corrupt activity; or a technical error prevented correct odds from being displayed at the time the bet was accepted.

6.4 In-Play Betting. pk9k offers live in-play betting on cricket and other sports. In-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and market suspension rules. pk9k accepts no liability for connectivity issues on your end that prevent a bet from being placed at a desired time during live play.

6.5 Maximum Payout. pk9k applies a maximum single-transaction payout limit which is stated in the relevant sports and game product terms. Winnings exceeding this limit may be subject to restriction at pk9k's discretion.

6.6 Settlement of Results. All bets are settled in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, settlement will be deferred until the result is formally confirmed.

7. Casino and Games

7.1 Game Providers. Casino and game content at pk9k is supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game is governed by its provider's individual Return to Player (RTP) rate and paytable rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All virtual casino games (slots, table games) use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pk9k does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, server disconnection or other technical failure that interrupts a game round, pk9k will attempt to resolve the round fairly using available server-side data. If resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded. Winnings that accumulated prior to a malfunction are not guaranteed where the outcome cannot be independently verified.

7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time by third-party studio operators. pk9k accepts no liability for interruptions caused by issues with the third-party stream infrastructure. In the event of a live game disconnection, the platform will attempt to reconnect you to the active game. Bets already accepted and recorded server-side prior to disconnection will stand.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. pk9k is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All players are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to treat gambling purely as entertainment.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player who wishes to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanent exclusion by contacting pk9k support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

8.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately.

8.4 Age Verification Obligation. pk9k has a strict obligation to prevent underage gambling. If at any point there are reasonable grounds to suspect an account is held by or being used by a person under 21 years of age, that account will be suspended pending verification. pk9k will cooperate with parents and guardians reporting underage gambling concerns.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk9k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform without explicit written consent from pk9k;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to events offered for betting on the platform;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape data from, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Accessing the platform if you have self-excluded or been formally excluded by pk9k;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pk9k staff or other users in any support channel.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Platform Content. All content on the pk9k platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and data structures — is the intellectual property of pk9k or its licensed suppliers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from pk9k.

10.2 User Licence. pk9k grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell or commercially exploit platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves risk. pk9k makes no guarantee of any outcome, return or profit. All players acknowledge that they may lose some or all funds deposited on the platform.

11.2 Service Availability. pk9k aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, security updates or for reasons beyond pk9k's control. pk9k will not be liable for losses arising from periods of platform unavailability.

11.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk9k shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

11.4 Third-Party Services. pk9k is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios or data suppliers whose services are integrated into the platform. Any issues with bKash, Nagad, or game provider platforms should be directed to the relevant third party in the first instance.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

pk9k collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on pk9k, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk9k will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC providers and fraud detection services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform securely and in compliance with applicable obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk9k reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk9k will notify registered users via a platform notification and, where an email address is on record, by email. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pk9k operates its platform for the Bangladesh market and conducts its operations in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to it in its operating jurisdiction.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pk9k arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you should contact pk9k support in the first instance. pk9k commits to investigating all complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute escalation procedure communicated to you by the support team.

14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. English is the authoritative language for all legal interpretations. Any translation provided is for convenience only and the English version prevails in all cases of inconsistency.
